*Disclaimer
We are not attorneys and give no legal advice – clients should select their own lawyers for any legal purposes. To repeat, we are not a legal firm and do not offer any legal services. If a mediated agreement requires a legal written contract to finalize the agreement, this should be conducted by independent attorneys selected by the mediatees. The fees for any legal services have nothing to do with the mediation services provided and the mediator does not unduly influence any attorney selection. The mediatees agree amongst themselves whether they want to share legal services or have separate attorneys for agreement / contract finalization.
